Shopping at Sanober Siddiq is easy: Use the e-store link to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.
You can shop at Sanober Siddiq without creating an account. However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits, track your orders and review past purchases, save your address and payment details so you can shop even quicker next time, manage your email preferences and edit important information.
Creating an account at Sanober Siddiq is very simple. Simply click the sign up button and fill in a small form with all your particulars. Please note that fields accompanied with an asterisk (*) are mandatory to fill out. Once you have created an account, you can simply log on to the site & ‘sign in’.
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.
To reset your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
At the payment point, you are given options to choose a currency. You can choose you currency according to the country you live in but, it is to note, your billing will be done according to US dollar conversion rate at the time of ordering. So, for instance, if a particular dress costs $180 you will be paying according to the conversion rate in your local currency.
All products are shipped within 3-4 weeks. Products belonging to bridal couture are shipped within 4-8 weeks unless the products are more detailed and require more time for delivery, in that case you will be informed by our team beforehand.
Please bear in mind that even though you have placed an item in your SHOPPING BAG, it does not count as a purchase. It is possible that someone else checked out the item while it was in your SHOPPING BAG and the product is now out of stock. If that is the case, then you can simply come back to the site and place a new order when the product is available again.
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Sanober Siddiq to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer protected by us. If there is no one to receive the parcel at the delivery address and we are asked to leave the parcel at the residence without signing for received delivery, the product will be considered as delivered by us. The customer is responsible for product protection and we will not be answerable after delivery is made.
We do not charge any duties or taxes on your purchases at Sanober Siddiq. Usually the government of any country we deliver in does not charge any additional duties or taxes on our product type. But, if the government imposes any such charges then we are not responsible to pay those taxes or duties but customers are.
The order cannot be cancelled or changed once placed.
As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed an Order ID, along with your Order Confirmation. This is what will help you track your order(s). You can also check this ID when you sign in to the website. If you’re not a preferred customer, you may call or email our Customer Care with the tracking number information to find out the status of your order.
We don’t have any exchange, refund or return policy under any circumstances. In case that a faulty, damaged or incomplete item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service within 24 hours only. If not contacted within 24 hours we will not be liable to replace or exchange the product. In case of return or exchange approval by the management, customers are liable to send back the product to the brand on their own expense with full responsibility and pay shipping charges. In such situations, customers can exchange their product and we will make the changes in the same design Please note: we will offer the same design and not any other design or product for exchange.
In case that a faulty, damaged or incomplete item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service within 24 hours. Customers can exchange their order for the same design. The product exchange will only be allowed following the approval of the management after tracking all the facets of the complaint.
Sanober Siddiq, currently does not offer a Gift service.
